En attente d'un cuisinier
Republic of the Congo · the Congo basin, both Congos
Liboke means "packet" in Lingala, and liboke ya mbisi is fish, usually capitaine (Nile perch), catfish or tilapia, rubbed with onion, garlic, tomato, chilli and herbs, wrapped tight in banana leaves and cooked over coals, in the oven or in boiling water until the leaf has steamed everything together. It is the river dish of both Congos, sold from riverside ngandas in Kinshasa and Brazzaville, and eaten with chikwangue, rice or plantain. The Central African Republic makes the same packet and calls it maboké.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 4 sources publiées et compte 15 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
