En attente d'un cuisinier
Ghana
Lamugin (lamugee, "Hausa beer", though there is no alcohol in it) is the spiced rice or millet drink of the zongo communities of Ghana, cousin to Nigeria's kunu: raw rice soaked overnight and blended with fresh ginger, cloves, black pepper, chilli and tamarind water, strained until smooth and sweetened, drunk cold over ice at breakfast or with kebabs. A quicker southern version drops the grain and simply boils ginger, lime, cloves, cinnamon and grains of Selim into a hot, warming infusion.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 11 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
