En attente d'un cuisinier
Ghana
Kyinkyinga (chinchinga, or just "khebab") is Ghana's street kebab: thin strips of beef or goat, threaded on sticks with onion, brushed with seasoned oil and dusted with the peanut-and-chilli suya spice, then char-grilled over coals by the roadside, at the beach and outside every drinking spot after dark. It is the Ghanaian branch of the Hausa suya family, and Ghanaians will tell you the difference is in the cut (thin slices ribboned onto the stick, not cubes), the plain onion between the meat, and the spice rubbed on in a paste with oil rather than a dry dust. Eaten with a cold beer, or with jollof and salad.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 3 sources publiées et compte 7 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
