En attente d'un cuisinier
Madagascar
Koba is the Malagasy snack sold hot from baskets in every town: a batter of mashed ripe banana, rice flour, ground peanuts and brown sugar, wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed until it sets into a dense, sweet, nutty cake. Koba akondro ("banana koba") is the small home version; the koba ravina of the markets is a long log of rice paste around a peanut-sugar core, boiled for a day and sold in slices. Both are eaten in the late afternoon, the way children buy them on the way home from school.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 5 sources publiées et compte 7 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
