En attente d'un cuisinier
Algeria
Kaak nakache are the pinched date rings of eastern Algeria, usually credited to Béjaïa: a short, crumbly dough rolled thin around a thin rope of spiced date paste, joined into a ring and then decorated all round with the nakache, the small pincer that leaves a tight pattern of ridges. They are baked pale gold and served in paper cases at weddings, Eid and engagements. The name covers a family: in Tlemcen and Oran a kaak is a plain dry ring with aniseed, fennel and sesame and no filling.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 13 ingrédients et 8 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
