En attente d'un cuisinier
Somalia
Icun means "eat me", and it is the Eid biscuit of Somalia: a pale, crumbly shortbread of butter or ghee, sugar and flour, scented with cardamom, pressed into small rounds with a red dot, a clove or a piece of glacé cherry on top, and baked only until barely coloured so it melts in the mouth. Street sellers used to cry "icun, icalaanji, caloosha iggee": eat me, chew me, send me to the stomach. Families bake trays of it the night before Eid; some versions (qureebaad) add ground peanuts, almonds or hazelnuts.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 7 ingrédients et 6 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
