En attente d'un cuisinier
Ghana · Accra (Ga)
Abele walls is the milk ice of Ghanaian childhood, sold from coolers at school gates in small cups with a chewing stick for a handle or pressed between two slices of bread. The name is Accra Ga: Wall's, the British ice cream Unilever brought to Ghana, and abele, the Ga word people used for anything sweet and good. It is not churned: sweetened milk (evaporated or fresh, with condensed milk for richness), a pinch of salt, vanilla and sometimes a spoon of custard powder or cornflour cooked in to keep it smooth, poured into cups and frozen, stirred once or twice to break the ice. A chocolate version with cocoa and milk powder is Fafa's; some vendors made it from kenkey and milk.
Le brouillon a été écrit à partir de 2 sources publiées et compte 7 ingrédients et 5 étapes. Personne chez AFN ne l'a jamais cuisiné, et c'est pourquoi il attend.
