Sits alongside AFN as co-lead of the African Gastronomy and Tourism Forum, and opens government tourism ministries, AU bodies, and the multilateral institutions the Forum was built to reach.
A seat is held open while a formal appointment completes. Members appear on this page only after the appointment letter is signed, returned, and the induction is done, never at the point of agreement in principle.
Culinary and Gastronomy, Agriculture and Food Systems, Media and Communications, Diaspora Business and Finance, International Voice are all open to introductions.
Members are invited by AFN on the recommendation of the existing Council, against the six domains. Appointments are confirmed in writing and announced once complete.
