Pan-seared Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 ounce fillets of salmon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 slices lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Coat with olive oil. Place in skillet, and increase heat to high.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with capers, and salt and pepper.
  • Turn over, and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned.
  • It is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Transfer to individual plates, and garnish with lemon slices.
