Ingredients

6 ounce
fillets of salmon
2
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
capers
1/8
tsp
salt
1/8
tsp
ground black pepper
4
slices
lemon
Instructions
Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Coat with olive oil. Place in skillet, and increase heat to high.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with capers, and salt and pepper.
Turn over, and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned.
It is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer to individual plates, and garnish with lemon slices.
