Mix the dry ingredients together.
Cinnamon powder, Pinch of salt, 50 g sugar, 1 tsp baking powder
In a blender or a stand mixer, mix the oats, banana, and dry ingredients.
500 g oats, 3 pieces bananas
Pour the milk into the batter to form a paste. Mix for 5 minutes.
30 ml evaporated milk
Pour the batter into a bowl.
1 medium-sized egg
Turn on your cooker on a medium heat.
Place a non-stick pan on the cooker.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan.
Cook until the surface is perforated.
Flip to cook the other side.
Serve with a coffee or hot chocolate drink
