Pour 2 cups of flour in a bowl, add the salt and then the egg.
Boil the water and then add the butter.
Take the hot mixture and then add to the bowl with flour.
Mix with a spatula, on a floured surface, knead and then transfer to a plastic and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
In a pan of oil, add the onion and peppers.
Mix with the flour and then add 1 cup of water with chicken stock.
Mix in the Mayonnaise and let cool.
Roll the flour till very thin, cut and then add the filling.
Close off with another piece and use a fork to seal in everything.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees. Enjoy️
