In a large deep pot, add two cups of quick cook Samp. Cover with the boiling water and allow to cook over medium heat for 50 minutes.

In a separate pan, add some cooking oil and allow to heat up before adding your onion.

Fry the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms, and fry until brown.

Add the mushroom mixture and mix well once the Samp is soft and all the water has cooked away.

Add a tablespoon of aromat.

In a clean bowl, add the mushroom soup pack to the milk, mix well, and then pour into the Samp, followed by the cheese.
1 cup milk, ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes; add salt and pepper to taste if necessary.

Serve hot with any protein of your choice.
