Ingredients
  

  • Oil
  • Chopped onions
  • Garlic & Ginger paste
  • Shredded Chicken
  • Cooking cream
  • Pasta water
  • Peppers (Fresh peppers recommended)
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked pasta of choice (Penne)
  • Parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

  • Add garlic & ginger paste and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

  • Add shredded chicken and cook until it's no longer pink and cooked through.

  • Pour in cooking cream and a bit of pasta water to create the creamy sauce. Stir well to combine.

  • Toss in the chopped peppers for a nice crunch and flavor. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.

  • Add seasoning cubes to enhance the taste. Be mindful not to over-salt as the cheese will also add some saltiness.

  • Sprinkle in mozzarella cheese and stir until it's melted and incorporated into the sauce.

  • Gently fold in the cooked pasta of your choice (Penne in this case) until it's well coated with the creamy sauce.

  • If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit more pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

  • Garnish with parsley flakes for a burst of color and freshness.
