Instructions
Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Add garlic & ginger paste and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

Add shredded chicken and cook until it's no longer pink and cooked through.

Pour in cooking cream and a bit of pasta water to create the creamy sauce. Stir well to combine.

Toss in the chopped peppers for a nice crunch and flavor. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.

Add seasoning cubes to enhance the taste. Be mindful not to over-salt as the cheese will also add some saltiness.

Sprinkle in mozzarella cheese and stir until it's melted and incorporated into the sauce.

Gently fold in the cooked pasta of your choice (Penne in this case) until it's well coated with the creamy sauce.

If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit more pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
