  • Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
    olive oil
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an indoor grill pan or oven, preheat accordingly.
  • Chop the red and green bell peppers and onions into chunks. Take a skewer and thread pieces of marinated chicken alternately with chunks of bell peppers and onions until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at both ends.

  • Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place the assembled kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks on all sides.
  • Once done, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside rice, salad, or flatbread.
  • Enjoy your delicious homemade chicken kebabs!

Notes

Note: While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for about 20-30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.
