In a mixing bowl, combine ginger & garlic paste, onion powder, paprika, chicken seasoning, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth paste.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and add them to the marinade. Make sure each piece is well coated with the marinade.

Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an indoor grill pan or oven, preheat accordingly.
Chop the red and green bell peppers and onions into chunks. Take a skewer and thread pieces of marinated chicken alternately with chunks of bell peppers and onions until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at both ends.

Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place the assembled kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks on all sides.
Once done, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside rice, salad, or flatbread.
