Beef Breyani

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml Maas breyani paste
  • Garlic and Ginger
  • Breyani Powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Breyani Mix
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • 1 kg cube beef meat

Instructions
 

  • Wash your meat drain the water as much as you possibly can add seasoning and all of the above ingredients.
  • Mix everything and cover with a plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for about 4/5 hours.
  • Cook four cups of rice once it starts to boil add a tablespoon of turmeric to it and more boiling water be sure not to overcook your rice.
  • Boil 1 1/2 cups of breyani lentils once cooked properly drain out the water and put back on the stove for a few minutes.
  • Until it looks a little dry/ free of water then add the lentils to your cooked rice Mix well together and cover your pot.
  • For your breyani curry chop 1 onion and peppers of your choice add a tablespoon of curry powder followed by 3 Chilli beef cubes and spices of your choice add your marinated meat and breyani mix cloves, cinnamon sticks etc.
  • Let it cook for about 15 minutes and add your cubed potatoes stir and cover your pot.
  • Keep stirring occasionally until everything is properly cooked.
  • And then add your curry to your cooked rice mix well together and cover your pot for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with any salad of your choice and enjoy.
