Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fermented corn flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cornflour in a medium-sized bowl of cold water. Mix well until lump free.
    1 cup fermented corn flour, 1 cup cold water
  • Pour the mixed cornflour into the boiling water.
    3 cup hot water
  • Cook for 5 mins or until thickened.
  • Serve with milk, moi moi(bean pudding), akara(bean cake), plantain or any side of your choice.
