fermented corn flour

hot water
Instructions
Mix the cornflour in a medium-sized bowl of cold water. Mix well until lump free.
1 cup fermented corn flour,
1 cup cold water
Pour the mixed cornflour into the boiling water.
3 cup hot water
Cook for 5 mins or until thickened.
Serve with milk, moi moi(bean pudding), akara(bean cake), plantain or any side of your choice.
