Kilishi is very hard to chew because it is very dry. Add water to it in a pot and cook to soften it.
Wash and sliced green and red bell pepper, carrots, onion. In another pot, add noodle seasoning from one of the noodle packs (Keep away the other seasoning from the second pack).
Add garlic powder and groundnut oil. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.Add noodles to the cooked kilos in the boiling water.
Keep level just below the noodles ( not to overcook it). Cook until soft but not fully cooked.
Add the stir-fried veggies to the noodle pot and stir all ingredients.
Lower heat and allow to simmer.Serve in a bowl. Garnish with parsley leaves (optional).
