green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces

chicken or vegetable broth

olive oil

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Add the olive oil to pot.
Once hot, add the chopped cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
Add the broth, salt, and pepper and stir to coat the cabbage.
Secure the lid on the instant pot and make sure the valve is set to sealing. Set to pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
Once cooking is done, quickly release the pressure.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For variations, you can add chopped bacon, shredded carrots, or other veggies.
The cooking time will vary based on how large you chop the cabbage.
