Cut the head of the fish and clean properly.
To remove excess water, you can use your kitchen towel to dap it out.
Add all the listed seasoning together in a bowl, add some lemon juice and oil ( You can also use water).
Mix together and spread evenly on both sides of the fish.
Transfer to your baking tray and grill for 25-30 minutes @180• ( You can use your air fryer).
In another pot, add some water and boil your plantain.
Chop some onions and red bell peppers & scotch bonnet, set that aside.
In your frying pan, add some oil, your chopped onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
Add your chopped peppers and fry for 7-10 minutes on low heat.
Add your seasoning and red pepper flakes, add your grilled fish and combine together nicely.
Turn off the heat and serve. You can garnish with some spring onions.
