In a pan over medium heat, add the canola oil, followed by the onion and garlic, and fry until the onion starts to look translucent.

Add the prawns and mix well; follow with the spices, and fry for 5 minutes or until the prawns start to look a little bit pink. Remove the prawns from the pan.

In the same pan, add the cream and allow to simmer for a few minutes; as the cream starts to bubble, add the prawns back into the mix.
250 ml fresh cream
Allow the mixture to simmer until the cream thickens, about 7-8 minutes.
