Bran Flakes Mixed with Plain Yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml ready to eat All bran flakes (brand of your choice)
  • 125 ml plain yoghurt, low fat/full fat/ double cream
  • 60 ml fresh milk, optional
  • 125 ml red globe grapes, cut in halves
  • 75 ml pomegranate arils
  • 5 ml chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Pour 250ml of all bran flakes of your choice into a mixing bowl.
  • Add 125ml of yoghurt (including milk if desired) and mix in using a tablespoon until flakes are evenly coated with yoghurt.
  • Transfer the flakes to a breakfast serving bowl and add the fruits.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.
