Asun peppered goat meat! It's a real treat for your taste buds, a tender and seasoned goat meat cut into small pieces and marinated in a fiery blend of spices like habanero pepper, ginger, and garlic.
Wash the goat meat thoroughly and cut it into smaller pieces for easy cooking.
1 Ibs goat meat
In a pot, add the goat meat, chopped medium onion, and 1 teaspoon of bouillon powder or Maggi. Also, add enough water to cover the meat.

Cook on medium heat until the meat becomes tender. This may take about 40-50 minutes, depending on the toughness of the meat.
Once the goat meat is tender, Set in a try and roast or grill for 30 mins
In a separate pan, heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the hot oil, and stir for about a minute until they release their fragrant aroma.

Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and chopped habanero peppers to the pan. Stir-fry the mixture for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the cooked goat meat to the stir-fry pan, and stir-fry everything together.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of bouillon powder or Maggi, paprika, black pepper, and a bit of salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the flavors are well combined.

Let the Asun cook on low to medium heat for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse the goat meat.
Once the Asun is ready, you can garnish it with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra kick if desired.
