Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for making Suya Toast:

Suya Toast

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Course Main Dish
Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • Bread bread or Bread slices 
  •  Beef or chicken suya
  • 2 tbsp Suya spice (optional)
  • Cooking spray 
  • Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro (coriander), mayonnaise, ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven or toaster oven to the broil setting.
  • Sprinkle Suya spice on one side of 2 slices of bread. Add beef or chicken suya and optional toppings.
  • Top with the remaining 2 bread slices and create sandwiches.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the sandwiches with cooking spray.
  • Broil the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the suya toast diagonally, and serve while still warm.

Notes

Note: Suya spice can be found in speciality African grocery stores or online. If you can't find it, you can try making your own blend using ingredients such as ground peanuts, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger. Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preference.
