Ingredients
- 1 small eggplant
- 2 medium-sized potatoes

Instructions

- Add the ground beef or lamb to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
